Includes a Thermal Fuse and a Thermostat. The thermal fuse is 352 degree F, it is a one time fuse, if it blows, it will not allow the heat to come back on. The high limit thermostat (3391914) is rated 295 degree F /146 degree C. Designed to fit specific Whirlpool manufactured dryers including KitchenAid, Roper and some Kenmore models. Thermal cut-off fuse kit 279973 shuts off the heating element when the dryer overheats.
